The Resort
About Auroravale
Auroravaletakes its name from the vale it overlooks — the wooded bend of the river valley where the city's light gives way to the northern sky. The hotel is built as a lens for that sky: glass from the lobby to the penthouse, pale stone and smoked oak inside, and nothing between a window and the weather.
The casino keeps the same manner. The Lumen Floor plays against the night glass rather than sealing itself away from it, dinner at Vireo moves at the kitchen's pace, and the last cocktail at Borealis is poured under a ceiling that drifts like the lights it is named for. The house promise is simple: the north, kept warm.
